prenatal Yoga

Where it all begins. These classes focus on building stability and strength in your body and mind with a theme of connection to self and baby. Suitable for all levels, modifications are always offered. Classes include physical postures, breath work, movement/positions for birth and conversation to discuss various pregnancy/postpartum topics. Please consult your health care provider.

blossoming heart yoga (Hatha)

A "non baby class" for those that have been asking! This online class is suitable for most experience levels, lots of modifications will be offered. It's a chance to unwind from your day and move and breathe together with intention. 6 week session.
